Sheila Gidwani, LMP

I am a Massage Therapist with 8 years experience. I focus mainly on Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, although I also practice Swedish Massage and Reflexology. I am located in Capitol Hill.

I believe bodywork should be result oriented as well as relaxing and energetic. My experience ranges from Spas to chiropractic/medical rehab., as well as working with many athletes. I enjoy aiding my clients in managing chronic pain, but certainly welcome clients who just want to relax, relieve stress, and receive energy work. In addition to practicing bodywork I am also a licensed Aesthetician of 4 years. Although I  focus mostly on massage at my office I also do facials and waxing at this location (yes girls, I do brazilians!)
