In this recent economic downturn, finding financing can be challenging, but if it exists, I'll do my best to find it for you. There are still some great financing options out there, even loans up to 102% of the purchase price of the home. Not everyone qualifies for every type of loan, but that's where having someone who really knows this business becomes your greatest asset.
