Certified childbirth educator

I am a former childbirth educator and labor and postpartum doula. I have taught classes privately through my first company, Puget Sound Birth Options as well as in a group at Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, Washington.

In addition to my years in the 'baby field' I have several years in office administration and management with dental offices and accounting firms (to name a few).

Over the last year, I have started adding to my basic knowledge of aromatherapy learned as a doula. I began studying the benefits of various butters, oils, and botanicals. I also learned how to make different skincare products such as lotions and balms. Combining that knowledge with my business sense, I opened my third company, Plein de Vie before the age of 30.

With Plein de Vie (meaning 'full of life'), I am able to be creative and focus on the company motto of Beauty. Spirit. Passion.
