  Sierra is probably the most gifted massage therapist I have encountered. She works from a well-spring of possible techniques and uses her excellent tuition (as well as asking for feedback) to create a completely fullfilling and unique experience each time. (No paint-by-numbers massages here.)

  Her massages are relaxing but also effective, working through areas of pain and tension and releasing them. Her understanding of how different parts of the body affect each other is amazing, too.

  Sierra is a bargain and I urge you to try Sierra if you are looking for pain or stress relief, or just want a great massage custom designed just for you.

  And fear not the Cap Hill location - there is cheap parking very close (often free street parking a block away). Her office is relaxing and professional, and sits above the Broadway hubbub.   [less]

  I came to Sierra in EXTREME pain. I had strained both of my elbows to a degree in which I was unable to put them straight. Sierra treated me with some deep tissue injury treatment, and while it hurt at the time, the next day I had never felt better! Thank you so much Sierra!!   [less]
