Massage is my healing method. I tend to be a great fit for people who want to have a really excellent deep tissue experience that is both effective but does not leave you feeling bruised, pummled and angry.

I am very talented with reducing long-chronic pain - and at times, getting rid of pain in an afflicted area entirely.

I also have a knack for injury treatment - from the fresh sprain or car accident to the old softball injury from high school.

My forte' is treating pain in the low back, hips and groin areas. I find the most fascinating structure in the body is the butterfly of bones that is the pelvic girdle.

The work I do is deep and highly transformative.

I integrate Cranio Sacral bodywork into all my sessions. I also do just pure craniosacral bodywork sessions as well.

I'm so picky about massage having had lots of experiences with people who were technically accomplished but not really present and tuned in.
