  • Dear Howard, i have checked with my friend (Denny Andrews)last night and Yes, it is the same event i was invited to. See what Denny wrote to me: "We will have 30-40 attendees so bring lots of business cards as well as your books. This is a tremendous author mastermind group to be apart of and all of your guests are welcome to attend at no cost. All in attendance will get a 1-3 minute elevator speech for networking purposes. Jack Fecker will be one of the speakers, and I will be the other. I will speak on the "Three Publishing Options Available to All Writers." I will also cover the "Revenue Evolution Ladder." Jack's program is going to be wonderful as well with lot of fun, humor and laughter....it will be a hit!' Sounds wonderful:)

  • I am absolutely sure the intention, the host had in mind, was positive... but I was disappointed by the event. I believe, when 20 people get together – the best way to create positive energy and synergy is to focus on the best and to share the best and greatest about us and our business instead of making a list of all the things that bring business down and prevent us from success. Self-talk as well as our attitudes, goals and visions determine whether we go forward or backwards. Everything is energy around us and within. Every thought we have – brings us closer or further from our dream.

I want to recommend to everyone to read the book - “Now, Discover Your Strength”. There is some text in this book and the rest is explanations of different strings. Also there is a code on the back cover that you use to take the test on their website. Then they send you an e-mail with your test results. They tell you your top 5 strings; you look them up in the book for explanations. The point of this book is that it’s OK to try to improve your “dark spots” but if you are looking for a quick and lasting success you better know your strings and use your strings to build your success. Buy this book, you will not regret it. Believe me. It’s a lot of fun to know your strings and you will be surprised to find out what your strings are. The thing is you don’t always know what your strings are because to you they are normal trades of your personality. You take your strings for granted; you don’t appreciate them and don’t use them.

  • I love the mission statement for Ritz-Carlton hotel. Their MOTTO, by the way, is considered to be one of the best inthe world also:

"LADIES ADN GENTLEMEN SERVING LADIES AND GENTLEMEN"

    don't you love it? :)

  • What a great line! I just wanted to share with Biznik members who have kids - the best books, you can read to kids or they can read it by themselves if they are old enough, to help their personal growth! There is not that many books addressed specifically to kids related to this matter. Believe me these books are fantastic, and your kids will love to read it!!!
