What I do best in real estate is analyse the market condition and competition and work with client to take that information and perform the best possible transaction. With sellers I'm good at working with them to have the excellent visual presentation of their property and using my motion picture advertising background to create standout marketing of their property. In photography I like to create the clutter buster photos that optimize the best features of a property and make the MLS listing stand out from the others.
