What Stacey does
I represent clients in the areas of business law, estate planning and probate. My firm has two attorneys, each with over 20 years of experience. We develop positive, long term relationships with our clients, so that they can feel confident and secure that their businesses have a solid legal foundation and their estate plans will meet their expectations. We are affordable, approachable, and fun to work with! Some details . . .
Business Law: Examiner.com recently selected me as "Best Attorney for Women." I represent a variety of business entities including corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), partnerships, joint ventures and sole proprietorships. Representation includes forming business entities, purchasing and selling businesses and conducting annual meetings. I also provide on-going advice to my business clients in a variety of areas including contracts and leases.
Estate Planning: Seattle Magazine selected me as a 2009 Five Star Wealth Manager in relation to my estate planning practice. I represent clients with small and medium-sized estates. I prepare Wills, testamentary Trusts for children and dependents, General Durable Powers of Attorney for financial matters, Durable Powers of Attorney for Health Care Decisions, Health Care Directives ("Living Wills"), Community Property Agreements and Memorial Instructions. I enjoy working with gay and lesbian couples and unmarried heterosexual couples, and recognize the unique challenges these relationships can pose in estate planning.
What Stacey does best
I offer very practical, understandable, and economical solutions for my clients whenever possible. I am also very responsive, and fun to work with.
