What Stacey does

This has been one of the best summers yet: Coach Stacey is expecting twins, her 1st-ever bootcamp series has been a complete success, and now--

COACH has been nominated for Best of Western Washington!

I want to tell you about the very special client that nominated COACH: she has Fibromyalgia, and had several bad experiences with physical therapists, doctors, and trainers. It took her over a month of emailing back-and-forth to even come in; she was terrified to begin a program, afraid to touch a weight, and not quite sure she could trust me. Fast forward to today: she is a twice-a-week regular client, laughs through our entire sessions, does push-ups when I don't even ask her too, and believes in the COACH program so much that she has even brought her husband on-board!

That's what we do at COACH: WE CHANGE LIVES. I'm sure each of you has a unique story about COACH--it's time for us to spread the word.

I know that you are all busy and have many commitments in your daily lives. Please take a moment to help out a business that started 5 years ago out of the trunk of a beat-up car, turn into a household name and model for health, wellness, and fitness!

I am asking you to support my small business, and VOTE!

LEAVING A REVIEW IS NOT THE SAME AS VOTING! Only votes count towards the competition. You must click the yellow "VOTE" tab. Voting deadline is October 11.

What Stacey does best

Fitness Coaching: this is a holistic and individualized program that addresses all aspects of a person's health--not only weight-loss or exercise.

What does Stacey need?

Right now, I need exposure.

Education

I have a Master's Degree in Public Health and I/O Psychology. I am also in my final year of competing my PhD in I/O Psychology

Experience

I have been in the health, wellness, and fitness industry for over 10 years. I fell in love with fitness as cheerleader at University of Washington. I paid my way through graduate school by teaching Pilates at a major gym chain and competing in (and winning) several local, statewide, and national fitness competitions.

However, through my own experience in fitness, I began to realize that there is a psychological component to health as well, which lead me to my second career in counseling.

Less than a month ago, I left my position as Psychology professor at Seattle University to pursue my business full-time.
