I will help you unlock the resources inside you that move you forward in finding the career you are excited about. You will transform your lifelong list of hopes, wishes and dreams into tangible, clear commitments for the life you want to design.

I offer you support and respect by focusing on your potential and ability to live your dreams. As your coach I will provide honest feedback, challenging questions, and assignments designed to challenge your comfort zone and hold you accountable to your commitments.

Questions for Reflection In our initial meeting I often ask you the type of questions below. They are designed to be thought provoking and promote exploration about what you really want out of your career.

4. What does it tell you about yourself?
5. How would it feel if you could turn your dream into reality?
6. Do you feel you are up to the challenge of making this dream manifest?
7. What would you like to accomplish or be able to say about your career life one year from now?

Initially, I would like to meet with you in person for approximately one hour. The process is as simple as scheduling your complimentary introductory life coaching session. We will discuss your current context, what you're looking for in coaching and how I will be able to help. I can also answer any questions that you may have about the coaching process. Then we can begin almost immediately.
