  I came to Stephanie with a tangled web of 'cool job possibilities' and 'great ideas'. While I've always felt free to 'follow my dreams', unlike those who may lack that confidence, my freedom has often led to 'option paralysis' or to dreams that quickly fade .
  After a few vocational coaching sessions with Stephanie, with her rare gift of active listening and focused questions (along with some great introspective tools), I soon came to narrow down my vocational-change options to a few clear top choices.
  Stephanie also really helped me to better know myself and to discover what needs and wants I was hoping to get met from my next job.
