I start off by listening to the customer. I've find out what they are struggling with, and devise a presentation that is straightforward and understandable. I am able to take technical ideas and technically difficult processes and make them approachable and understandable by all.

In order to ensure a fresh mind, I am also always looking for ways to grow. One way to ensure my growth is by continued learning. This is shown by the Apple Certifications that I have earned.
