Chef Steve Ahlbeck, the founder of Gourmet Steve, brings years of experience in the professional and business world to your kitchen. I have prepared for this economic position for many years. As a member of the in the American Culinary Federation (ACF) where I holds certification in Food and Beverage Cost Control, Professional Baking, and Supervision in the Hospitality Industry; I have the background to support many positions within the Food Service Industry. I hold ServSave-Certification from the National Restaurant Association, recognized by the International Food Safety Council, and know food safety and proper food-handling procedures.
My restaurant provides fully cooked "Heat and Eat" meals that are packaged in microwave / oven proof containers. This restaurant quality food can be reheated if chilled in transit or frozen for later consumption. Stop on the way home and pick up one of our entrée's and have your meal within minutes of returning home after a busy days work, and with no fuss or muss.
My catering operation provides light to medium size dining to include breakfast and three coarse dinning for both lunch and dinner. Hot breakfast sandwiches and conventional offerings are available. Our small bits and platters are available for lighter gatherings.
