Before joining Invicta, Steve managed the Company's trademark, copyright and licensing portfolio including Sony's Game Show Television Network, Major League Baseball and 20th Century Fox, negotiated inventor licenses, guided the company through venture finance, and distribution with Barnes & Noble, Nordstrom, Amazon.com, Toys-R-Us, Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, among many others. Steve also developed award-winning games (including Barista!, the Dread Pirate franchise, Master and Commander, Stretch Run, Raceway 57).

Steve is also an accomplished writer, producer, and most recently, director. He directed "The Day My Parents Became Cool," which will premier in 2009 at the Sedona International Film Festival. His recent feature as writer/producer, The Spy and the Sparrow, is also set for release in 2009. His previous feature, A Relative Thing, won numerous festival awards (including audience favorite at Sedona).
