As Executive Director for Excellence Northwest I attract folks to enroll for the courses and workshops we offer and manage the behind the scenes machinations that support our talented facilitators and volunteers to produce awesome results for those who participate. More at www.excellencenw.org.

I teach alpine, telemark, skate and classic skiing and lead instructor training clinics for the same. I write about skiing as the instruction editor for Cross Country Skier magazine and other periodicals and am the author of Cross Country Skiing: Building Skills for Fun and Fitness published by Mountaineers Books.
