I'm a Harvard-educated leadership trainer and a certified personal coach. My leadership development approach is a coaching approach, focusing on personal development as the only grounded approach to professional development. In my individual coaching practice, I support leaders who are serious about living into their highest aspirations. My coaching approach is integral - incorporating mind, body, heart and soul.
