What Steve does

I'm a Harvard-educated leadership trainer and a certified personal coach. My leadership development approach is a coaching approach, focusing on personal development as the only grounded approach to professional development. In my individual coaching practice, I support leaders who are serious about living into their highest aspirations. My coaching approach is integral - incorporating mind, body, heart and soul. I spend considerable volunteer time working on issues of environmental sustainability and social justice, primarily as a certified facilitator with the nonprofit Pachamama Alliance. In my spare time, I enjoy music (I sing in a swing-era jazz band), yoga, meditation, spending time in nature, and most of all communing with my wife, Karen and my dog, Lucas. We divide our time between Seattle and Whidbey Island. Whidbey is where our souls reside.
