About Steve

This is my sixteenth year in the Coppin' biz and I also write. I'm the author of "Is There a Problem, Officer? A Cop's Inside Scoop on Avoiding Traffic Tickets" (The Lyons Press, May 2007) When I'm not catchin' bad guys and violating folks rights, I'm writing--no, not tickets. I write articles, short stories, books, and novels. Two more books are in various stages of editing or writing and are scheduled for publication in 2009.
