Hi there! I am a long-time student of health and well-being. I've been active in athletics, including competitive equestrian sports, rowing on my college crew team, and traveling across the United States and Europe to teach and compete in kettlebell sport (also called girevoy sport).

A graduate of the Rolf Institute for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado, I am skilled at evaluating a client's movement and structure, identifying the areas of the body that aren't functioning optimally. My work is focused, sensitive, and effective.
