  My mission is to equip young women with the skills to do very well during the sorority recruitment multi-day interview process. It is my belief that the steps taught in my book will help women well beyond sorority recruitment. Indeed the skills taught will be effective throughout life, like positioning, personal branding, evidencing your position, etiquette, conversation skills, listening skills, nonverbal signals, handling difficult questions, dressing properly, preparing sufficiently, developing strong recommendations, and faux pas to avoid.
