I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, own a gift basket design service, and am making my art available to the public through Cafe Press.com.

I love to work in charcoal and water media. I love the feeling of my hand dancing over the paper when I am "in flow"! My favorite images are traditional - flowers and nature, old buildings, water and sky. I like to keep things simple. The beauty of a single tea cup or a the edge of an old-fashioned crocheted doily, the curve of a tulip all have an elegance and freshness that excites me. I want to share the feeling with others.

Recently I began to explore making handmade greeting cards and rubber stamping. There are so many options to making a beautiful card! I'm excited about experimenting with textures, embellishments, and found objects. I am thinking beyond cards to small collage prints. You can find samples of my cards on my CafePress web site.

There's something special to me about sitting on a porch, whether it's Spring, Summer, or Fall. I gravitate to them wherever I find them! Hence the photo! My art is small, portable, and usually in water-based media or charcoal.

Lately I've returned to baking. I love to bake! When I started focussing on fitness, diet and nutrition, and working out baking was put on the back burner. Well, really the top shelf. But recently I started doing it again. There's something comforting in the implicity of making the batter, the smell of it baking, and the finished product. Not to mention the economy. A homemade cake tastes so much better and is more satisfying to acquire -by making it youself - than a storebought supermarket cake!

So I guess I have to do double time at the gym nowadays!

New friends who share my enthusiasm for art! People who like buying and sending greeting cards to express their feelings. People who are interested in expanding their circle of friends and business contacts, and who believe in networking just for the fun of discovering who knows who.

I'd like to form some partnerships for joint marketing ventures with event planners and wedding planners. I'd like to meet small companies who send holiday cards
