  Looking for suggestions for what to fix using your lovely local produce?

  Many of you shop the farmers markets or have subscriptions with Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), where you receive a "growers choice" box of beautiful produce every week. These are such great opportunities to sample things we haven't had, or to try a variety we haven't seen before. The trick is, to figure out what to do with them! Or maybe you plant your own garden…maybe you got carried away and put in three zucchini plants this year! (and your neighbors hide when they see you coming)

  A place to give classes. I have been doing them in friends' homes, and they've been so well received that I'm looking for a venue which will allow me to offer them more often.

  What's needed is a kitchen with counter-space enough for 10-12 students to do hands-on work, and a dining area with table or tables large enough for all of us to sit down to share our meal. I need 2 gas ranges or cooktops/ovens, a large refrigerator,freezer; storage space for my equipment, pantry items and tableware.

  If anybody knows of a space like this, I'd love to hear about it...Thanks! [less]
