Massage and Energy Work I've been a massage therapist and energy worker for the past ten years. Given that the industry standard in Seattle is a two year turn-over, I guess that makes me a rare breed.

In my practice I provide kick ass injury treatment, and therapies combining meditation, energy work and deep tissue.

I specialize in working with other alternative therapy providers and the unique needs that come with being a healer. We are notorious for not taking care of ourselves. And the burnout rate among massage therapists is high. My goal is to create a community among massage therapists in this city, so that we can see each other as allies, not just competition. And create safe circles in which we can process the day to day of doing our unique job.

Writing and Editing My first love was writing poetry. These days I have a broader spectrum: Copywriting, Editing, Content Management, Technical Manuals. Although I will one day write a best seller that is a hybrid of literature and popular fiction that just blows everyone away and leads to fame, fortune, and a movie deal. Someday.

Film I am an excellent set slave. I love the process of making movies. Everything about it. And I come with a massage table that just makes everyone happy. [less]
