As an Associate Broker and Realtor of 9 years, my job has been changing due to the times we are all facing right now. Here in the Phoenix Metro/Scottsdale area, we are experiencing all time high foreclosure rates, and I am now working in this market. I help investors or people who are looking for a bargain acquire properties and also assist sellers list and sell their homes. I have access to all bank owned homes in Maricopa County!

I love what I do! Helping buyers and sellers get to their goal of either buying the property of their dreams or selling their home for a great price is very fulfilling to me. I'm a strong negotiator, proficient with contracts and knowledgeable about real estate. My goal is to make every client I work with happy and feel like I really took care of their needs and goals.

Since I have lived in the area (Moved from Seattle area in January 08) for about 10 months, I am really looking to network with fellow Biznik members and hopefully build a network of people to help each other build and create some business with. Because my business is real estate, I am always looking for anyone who is looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate!

I have been a successful real estate agent since 1999 outperforming most agents in our state. As a President's Elite member with John L Scott, I am in the top 10% of the company. Experience in real estate comes from the number of actual transactions an agent closes, and I have closed over 200 transactions both in representing buyers and sellers.

I am also an investor in real estate and have taught and helped other people purchase real estate for investments. We still have a strong market here and it's never too late to start investing. I have a program called "lease with the option to buy" which has helped me acquire over 10 properties over the last few years.
