With 12 years of real estate experience, I have been watching the movements and the fluctuating cycles of the market for many years. Through a well developed perspective, I help real estate investors achieve their financial goals by clearly understanding their investment criteria, finding the properties that meet or exceed their criteria, and negotiating deals that yield the investors' desired cash flow and rate of return.

As an investor, I offer my services from an investors' perspective. I also specialize in commercial property research and site selection services for developers. In this area, I help save developers time and money while assertively seeking and identifying prime locations and partnership opportunities for commercial developments in their desired markets. I have assembled a stellar team of professionals to assist developer clients with projects of all sizes--from institutional grade to the smallest development projects. I especially have an interest in sustainable development projects.

I have dedicated my career and company to the exclusive representation of real estate buyers--commercial primarily. However, my skills and years of experience are beneficial to residential buyers as well. I chose this path to provide buyers with an option of avoiding dual agency or designated agency, which occurs when two different agents working for the same company represent buyers and sellers respectively in the same transaction. The only real way to ensure exclusive buyer representation is to work with a real estate company that does not take listings. For obvious reasons, there is only a small percentage of EBA's in the industry. Brokers and agents who choose to specialize in exclusive buyer representation do so in the spirit of consumer advocacy and promoting balance between buyers and sellers in the real estate industry.

We are grassroots music entrepreneurs who embrace the ideal of true freedom and self-sustainability in the recording industry. Through Legend Heart we deliver creative and original music experiences.

I am currently a student at Marylhurst University Online. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business and Leadership, as well as pursuing a CCIM designation through the CCIM Institute, which perscribes a rigorous educational curriculum consisting of four core courses that incorporate the essential skill sets: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.
