As a coach and trainer for professionals in transition, I strive to: 1. Transform the way my clients work and live by exploring how they can integrate action and intention to bring balance and sustainable success.

1. Work with leaders who want to build better relationships and ways of working together that will create candid communication, improved performance and results with ease.

2. Coach and develop leaders who are curious, ambitious and willing to invest in their personal and professional development.

I'm a natural learner and I love to pass on what I master. A lot of those skills are the 'soft' skills that they still don't focus on much in business school (or even in corporate training!), but lead to 'hard' results - increased revenue, strategic partnerships, and higher levels of productivity. Here are a few of the things I love to help my clients achieve:

I'm looking for folks who are trying to take on something BIG. This could be creating a new product for their business, getting a bunch of new qualified clients, writing a book, or maybe re-building their brand. I have a small group tele-coaching program (3 people per call) that's all about busting through resistance and doing that with small daily actions and support from a team (and coach) that holds you accountable.
