  • Why do you suppose.....

    ...that people from Seattle don't like to come to the South Sound for events? We have noticed and are curious. Even when the events are really cool summer fun kind of events - we get little showing from the North.

    We South Sounders want to know. What will it take to engage the Seattle "proper" community South? Bellevue sends folks down a lot (Thanks East Siders!!) and yet our Seattle friends are a bit elusive. We want to play in the sandbox down here too, we have great things to offer Bizniks everywhere.

  • How to Post Pictures for Groups?

    Wondering how to post pictures for our Groups that may be unrelated to an event for the group. Example - I have pictures from Shine and from hanging out with a couple of other Bizniks and want them on our Groups page. Is there a way for Administrators to do this?

    Our beliefs have a lot do with our perceived Locus of Control. It has a lot to do with what we perceive to be within our ability to reach or attain. So, if you are reaching for a new level or goal and continually bumping into a barrier or roadblock, I encourage you to look at how your beliefs line up with the target.

    What is keeping your from reaching your target? What will support you in reaching your goal? Who can you pull around you to support you in your efforts? Write an affirmation and speak it daily to assist you in visualizing and realizing your goal.

  • Biznik came highly recommended!

    Recently I had the pleasure of hearing a great speaker (Nancy Juetten) share her tips and insights on how to get not just publicity, but free publicity. She first and foremost recommended getting connected with Biznik. So, as any good student would do, I got connected.

    I have heard of a few success stories from folks who utilize this cool networking opportunity and I would like to hear more. Please share your stories. How has this network increased traffic to your website, email, good old telephone? New clients streaming in? Do you have tips to share on how others can experience similar success? Please share the details of how this site has helped.

    Bottom-line, this new 'biznikker' wants to know how to optimize our success in online networking from people who have been successful.
