Tania María Rosario is a Senior Consultant with the Seattle office of M+R Strategic Services.

Headquartered in Washington, D.C., M+R has regional offices around the country in order to provide integrated strategy, field organizing, communications, lobbying, online advocacy and fundraising services to their clients to facilitate positive change

During the 2006 elections, Rosario directed the Latino Vote Project (LVP) for the WSDCC where she was responsible for voter education, communication and mobilization of Latino voters in Washington State. Promoted to the position of Field Director for the WSDCC, Rosario's work included continuing the success of the LVP, leadership development of activists and leaders within the organization and "community building" which included bringing in new community allies and individual members and developing new leaders and candidates for political office.

Prior to her work with the WSDCC, Rosario spent more than 15 years organizing in the political, community, and labor world. She served as a lead organizer for Service Employee International Union's 10,000 Family Child Care Campaign, has been a Political Director for two unions, the state-wide field director for Labor 2004 in Washington State, and an Associate with SG&A campaigns, a leading political consulting firm in Los Angeles.
