    Here is my situation: I hired a company for SEO and marketing of my website. I paid an initial amount that included setup on an affiliate network, and SEO. It has been 5 months, and they have not delivered anything. I told them I no longer wanted to work with them, and I would like a refund because I am tired of waiting for what was promised. They have refused to give me a refund. I signed a contract with them that clearly states what I should have received for my money. Since I have not received any services, I believe I am entitled to my refund. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer to help me with this? Thank you, -Tara

  • HELP! I need to market my website. Where do I start?

    I have a great website, but no one knows it exists. I need to optimize it for the search engines, and I would like to get it on an affiliate network so I can get referrals. Does anyone know a trust- worthy company that can help me with this? I have been working with a company since last February, that is supposed to be doing this for me, but they have dropped the ball in a big way. I paid them a lot of money up front, and have yet to see any work done on this. I' am also wondering if anyone knows the average price range for something like this? I believe I grossly over paid...
