I like finding ways of connecting people to ideas, opportunities, solutions and to others. In Real Estate. I'm a problem solver and a good negotiator.

People interested in a careet in Real Estate. I would like the opportunity to employ someone just starting out as my assistant. I would like the opportunity to consult with Agents looking for a new Brokerage to work for. I would like the opportunity to meet with Buyers or Sellers who are ready for a move. Always with the concern for serving in a professional way the needs of fellow associates and clients.

Education/learning is a life long commitment.

My experience in Real Estate started in with a New Home Builder in Minnesota. New Horizon Homes. Then in Relocation, with Corporate Transfer Service, facilitating moves for some 300 corporate clients a year. Since 1997 I have been selling Real Estate in Washington. With the exception of a few years in Iowa & Illinois at Mel Foster Realty. All that moving around has given me insight into challenges clients experience. Together with my Architect husband of 30 plus years, we have built and remodeled a few homes.
