Successful Business Owner Turns Indie Copywriter
After five years of running our signs and graphics company, my husband and I sold the business and took the summer off. . . and now we're each launching our own indie businesses. My new venture is Sprout Creative--I'm going back to copywriting, which is a thrill beyond measure.
We're risk-takers, so no economy is too scary for us! In 2002, we left behind our cushy, yet stressful advertising jobs on the east coast to move to our dream town of Bellingham, WA, where the sun shines sometimes and the pace is nice and slow.
