I provide "practical advice that works" to business owners. My practice is primarily retainer based and I act as a mentor/coach to owners and their direct reports. My clients and I establish a number of billable hours each month and I work to stay within that allotment. We work together on issues of growth, profitability, process and management accountability.

Targeted clients include construction, manufacturing and services with revenues of $2 million or more. My clients are focused on growth and profitability.

I am at my best working with a client who knows where she/he wants to go but needs help in how to get there and what issues to manage and measure. I have an extensive network of resources, so I am able to quickly bring specialized resources to bear as required. NO ONE IS GOOD AT EVERYTHING.

I need clients! In addition, I need introductions/referrals to accountants, book-keepers, insurance reps and HR consultants who work with my targeted companies.

I have a BA degree in Economics from Washington & Lee University in Virginia. I attended the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Stanford University and have taken untold numbers of specialized business and professional courses during my 40 year career.

I was an Executive Vice President of a multi-national bank and have successfully consulted with family owned businesses for over fifteen years.
