Today, I received my very first negative/insulting unsolicited emails - not from clients or prospective clients, but from someone who I guess was just looking around. Apparently this person was annoyed at my choice of name, my newsletters, and even my photo!
Has anyone had experience with this? I am honestly at a loss for words!
Anybody have advice on how to really organize clients, contracts, receipts, invoices, etc? I am a "paper" girl - I need to be able to touch something physically in order to keep track of it, lol. So Quickbooks and systems like that work great for reporting, but I need a system of keeping it all together so I can access it at any minute.
Advice? Thx!
I apologize if this topic has already been discussed - I browsed briefly to check and didn't see anything, but I stare at a computer nearly 24/7 and my eyes are bugging out right now.
It'd be great if the Biznik system prompted for a confirmation to "move" from community to community instead of just doing it.
I set up social network profiles for people and every time I set up a Biznik one, my own profile is moved to whatever community I set up for them. When I log in, I notice that I'm in some new community that I never "moved" to (I'm guessing it goes by IP address rather than profile?)
It'd be great if that didn't happen, or if the community was associated with profile instead of IP address. I probably look like a freak having been bounced around to all these random communities!

I love working with Wordpress and can do it with my eyes closed. I would love some new referrals as I'm building out my virtual assistant business to include other VAs with varied skills (ranging from traditional administrative assistance to virtual receptionist and beyond).
