Tiberio is a true ARTIST. He is a culinary master painting in bold impasto flavors designed to simultaneously contrast and compliment; a virtuoso composer delivering a melody of incredible flavors subtle to sublime. He is passionate in his craft.
If your occasion is to celebrate, reward or impress I can imagine no one better suited to deliver perfection than Tiberio Simone.

Delectable!! Mouth watering. Delicately flavored. Perfectly simple. Beautiful. Exquisite desserts that would make any party host beam with pride. This is the reality of food artist, Tibereo Simone's sweet creations.
Did I also say addictive? I truly had a hard time controlling myself at Biznik's Anti-Office Holiday Party dessert table :)

Tiberio’s creations are exquisite! His artistry and energy set him apart and mean that he is the chef I recommend to everyone I know. To be a true artist with food, on must be both passionate and talented - and that’s Tiberio to a “T.” I look forward to hiring him for many events to come!

Tiberio's treats at the holiday shindig were, as usual, decadent and delicious. There was something for everyone. I am particularly fond of the candied orange peel. My six year old son enjoyed his plate of leftover cookies, too!

To use words to describe Tiberio's talents with food would simply inadequate.
You just have to experience it and then you will understand!
I have been at 3 different events where his catering was featured - and never been disappointed. As a vegetarian, tasty options are always important for me on a table - and always Tiberio delivers.
YUM YUM YUM and more YUM!
Thank you for sharing your culinary talents with the world!

Tiberio's beets au gratin hors d'oeuvres were the bomb at the bizjam event!! Very creative and delicately delicious.
His miniature lemon bars were the best I've ever had, as far back as I can remember. They magically melted in my mouth.
Tiberio -- keep those recipes a deep, dark secret!

One of the highlights of Bizjam '08 was the gorgeous array of culinary delights created by Tiberio Simone for the post-conference party on Thursday night. As creative and colorful as the crowd eating them, highlights included the gorgeous beet-red layered root vegetable gratins, pine nut tarts, and spicy dark chocolate hearts. Yum!

I just want to give Tiberio a big grazie mille for the gorgeous and tasty spread at the closing soiree of Bizjam. I mentioned how beautiful and "labor intensive" it all looked and he quickly corrected me and said it was, "love intensive". He was right! I could feel and taste the love. Thank you Tiberio! My buddy Tiberio is a amazing chef, well worth a accolades and acclaims. I had the opportunity to watch him prepare a meal last week. I was nothing less than impressed with how effortless he made it seem. Within a few moments he had an entire multi course meal with all the trimmings. Had I been attempting to create the same meal, it would have at some point involved deploying some sort of fire extinguishing agent. In the future I will remember to wear something loose in the waist and bring a larger plate.

Tiberio's food creations are so beautiful, I hesitate to eat them. But then I do anyways and I never regret it one bit!

For my 'Client Appreciation Night' at the Seattle Repertory Theater, Tiberio created a variety of offerings for every palate. Everyone there was highly appreciative not only for his edible manifestations of genius, but for his warm and entertaining persona. He is 'one of a kind', and you will never regret having him cater your event.

Wonderful Tiberio just created (during the snow storm to boot!) a magical and delicious wedding meal for Justin Harris and myself. Besides cooking beautiful, sensual food, Tiberio created a magnificent cake, provided some comic relief and helped the evening flow beautifully, con amore. A thousand grazie's, maestro!

I wanted to host a client appreciation dinner that would be full of life and a memorable event – Tiberio was the perfect answer to my needs! He came over to help brainstorm the structure of the evening and how many people would work well in the space (sit down dinner for 24). On the day of, he arrived with all the food beautifully prepared and an energy that set a joyful and festive tone to the evening. The food was phenomenal and in between courses he gathered the guest around to teach them how to prepare a few deserts. The mini-classes were interactive without being chaotic and he the managed the personalities of the group very smoothly and kept everyone laughing. After the event, I was flooded with thank you notes and calls and I look forward to it being an annual event. I recommend Tiberio whole heartedly for any event, large or small, that you might be planning!

I've been fortunate enough to have attended many events that Tiberio has catered. The food is always beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Tiberio's passion for his craft is evident in every bite.
Tiberio is also a great teacher. He's shown me how to create simple, healthy dishes that always receive rave reviews at dinner parties. A few lessons from him has given me the ability to break free from the rigidity of cookbooks. Now I can skillfully transform fresh seasonal produce from the market into easy and delicious meals that impress my friends and minimize my out-to-eat expenses.
Tiberio is truly a master of food. One bite of his creamy and decadent chocolate cake and you will understand how he earned his nickname "Delicious". If you are looking for the best, you have found him.

I knew that Tiberio's food is always infused with genius and love, so I was confident that he could bring the same qualities to our wedding. Ours was to be a vibrant, outdoor, summer wedding and our guests were coming from all frameworks of life, so we had some specific requests. All vegetarian menu--so all our friends could feast and nothing would spoil in the heat. Everything edible with just a fork or fingers--so our guests could easily roam and mingle and dine. And caprese.
Caprese was our only specific menu item request. We gave Tiberio the number of guests, and left the rest to him. On our wedding day he arrived with a feast, worthy of display in an art gallery. From our staid-stomached hick friends to our jazzy urban friends--everyone indulged.
Among our guests were friends who have been vegetarians for decades, so their comments about Tiberio's feast would be most critical. Months later they still rave, "The best vegetarian food I have EVER had."

tiberio recently catered a party i threw and he was fabulous! we called him on short notice with a headcount and some vague ideas about the menu and he pretty much did the rest. i was a little anxious about what we were going to get but it turned out better than i planned. the menu was original and varied and he even cooked up a special dish in honor of the birthday girl, which i thought was nice - it kicked ass too! on the afternoon of the party he delivered the dishes, each with instructions on baking time and temperature - couldn't have been easier. the ingredients were fresh and tasted fantastic. everyone seemed to really enjoy the food and the party. my only regret is that he didn't have time to bake the cake!

He always makes the yummiest chocolate treats, I know that if Tiberio is going then people will be there just for the food alone, and because he's a sweet sweet man.

My experience of Tiberio and his food has been unforgetable. I have attended numerous catered parties and a cooking class, all of which were delicious for the eye as well as the palette.
Tiberio is a unique one-man phenomenon that everyone loves to have around. His food is made with love and served with playful passion.
I am still serving dishes I learned to make in his class and getting rave reviews. I highly recommend his services!

Having an event catered by Tiberio is a surefire formula for success. The divinely gorgeous spreads he creates contain a vibrant array of the most simply delicious foods taken to a whole new level of scrumptiousness. Flavors delicate, complex, sensual, compelling. Yum! And then there's the amazing man himself -- not only is he ultra-professional, but he wraps the entire culinary experience in his love, inciting passion in all who are lucky enough to be present. Hire Tiberio for your event and you and your guests will be infinitely overjoyed with the sensual experience of eating very very well. Thank you Tiberio for caring so much!

Tiberio has ruined me for almost all other food. In almost five years of experiencing his cooking, from meals whipped up from moldy food in my fridge, to gnocchi that I I still dream about melting in my mouth, to 14-dish high-class catered events, my taste buds have been spoiled for anything less than spectacular. And as for wedding cakes (or most desserts, really), if Tiberio didn't make it, I usually just say "No thanks!" His work is incredible, his professionalism of the highest degree, whether doing artful performance for erotic events, or cooking at the homes of conservative wealthy clients. You'll never, ever, be disappointed when you hire Tiberio.

I have seen Tiberio work while we were teaching cooking classes at the Blue Ribbon Cooking School, and everybody had a great time. He is an awesome teacher. His recipe was really good, but I was personally amazed at the speed he peeled oranges with a huge knife...that's a professional.

What can I say about this wunderkind from the boot of Southern Italia? For it's not in the words, it's in the flavours he creates with his signature style; a fusion of simple down-home italian coupled with a vivacious Tiberino flare which makes everything he does good-looking and good tasting. The results make otherwise mild mannered souls swoon and moan. And those cakes. Legendary. Award winning. James Beard and company think so too. The experience of enjoying Tiberio's culinary creations is like having an angel pee on your tongue (something my mama used to say - it didn't get any better than that!).

Tiberio is a master chef and true artist. We have been friends for a long time and members of the same social circle for even longer, so I've been priveledged to have had many opportunities to dip into his delectable masterpieces at various events, parties and occasions over the years.
Dan and I hired him to contribute the centerpiece of our small intimate wedding - the wedding cake and he created something truly original. We asked him back a couple months later to make some small desserts for the Masquerade Ball themed wedding reception a couple months later. Of the 14 different varieties, my favorite was a chocolate mousse that melted in your mouth presented in real oyster shells with pearls made of marzipan.

Tiberio held one of his cooking classes at our home last week, and I learned more from him in 3 hours than I've learned in 3 years from cookbooks. Tiberio makes cooking fun, sexy, AND delicious. Top if off with that fact that you get to enjoy a 6-course meal, and you'll realize it's maximum bang for your culinary buck at $40/head.
