I am a Realtor with John L. Scott Real Estate and co-owner of TK2 Associates, LLC Real Estate Services...Real Estate Solutions for a New Generation. I also belong to a local real estate investment team called the Seattle Improvement Initiative. We are focused on urban infill projects and I am passionate about developing and providing affordable housing for senior citizens.

On the residential real estate side, my team specializes in serving high-tech oriented clients that are locating into, or relocating out of the Eastide communities of Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah and Sammamish. My specialty is Issaquah real estate, focused on townhome & condominium listings & sales. I am also the resident real estate expert in my neighborhood, Talus, located in Issaquah.

I need investors & property owners to partner with on senior housing development projects on the Eastside. I am focusing my senior housing efforts on the downtown Renton core, Renton Highlands & Benson Hill neighborhoods.

I have an AA degree in Criminal Justice, but have never used it. I am a certified real estate residential property inspector, licensed Washington State Realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors. I am currently a student of the Mike Watson Institute of Real Estate Investing.
