Want to learn how to practice Qi Gong? A Qigong class will be started on June 7, 2007 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Address: Rental Office of Alderwood Apartment, 18124 36th Ave W Lynnwood, 98037.

Teach the first level of Chinese Z. Y. Qigong by 3 classes. The total fee is $ 150. The second class will be on June 14, 2007, from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm. The third class will be on June 21, 2007 from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm. We will have weekly practice class with no fee after 3 classes. Before Qigong class, there is an essential oil class from 7:00 to 8:00 pm.

Connect to Universe

Lots of people try to connect to universe to get more energy to their bodies when they are practicing meditation. That is really a good conception. There is endless of energy that we can get from the universe. In fact, how many people can really get enough energy from their meditation? Most of people, who even have been practicing meditation for 10 years, 20 years or even longer, can only get very little benefit. Why?

It sounds very easy that you just need to calm down, empty your mind, don’t think anything else, and just connect to universe. But.....
