Do your clients come alone or in groups? I'm more likely to use a facility like CubeSpace by myself which means I might take a break to shoot some pool alone (with the option of letting others join in if the occasion arises). But I can never play ping pong by myself so I would never use a ping pong table. And I'm not about to go from cube to cube asking total strangers, who are busy working, to play ping pong with me.

"The Marketing Gurus" by Chris Murray. In each chapter he synopsizes and distills one of 17 different top marketing books by, well, "marketing gurus" (Seth Godin, Guy Kawasaki, Jack Trout etc, Geoffrey Moore. etc.). It's a great way to read 17 top marketing books in under 300 pages.
