I help my patients look and feel their best. We reach health and fitness goals, while at the same time enhancing energy, vitality and preventing disease. As a Naturopathic Physician, I'm a great place to begin investigating an ongoing health issue, or a vital place to get a second opinion.

I specialize in Men's Health, and have some fabulously successful programs to get back in shape, including: Smoke-Free Program, Spring Detoxification or "Cleanse" Program, Weight loss program and River of Health Program. I use homeopathy, hydrotherapy, behavioral-based counseling, and appropriate supplementation to halt and reverse disease processes in the body. The process is fun and my recommendations lead to results that are often life-changing!

Men who have a skin related problem or chronic health issue that is getting in the way of their performance and success at work and in their personal life. Also, smokers who are motivated to quit and know they need help with the process!
