I design and implement wellness programs for companies and individuals. I use a "best of the best" approach, matching the standout professionals in the area from all paths of holistic health and wellness with companies that need them.

We are currently working with over 250 companies in the Puget Sound region and have begun to break out into the San Francisco Bay Area as well as other communities around the country.

I teach the importance of a well workforce to CEO's, CFO's, C_O's, and Human Resource Managers, help them incorporate a foundation of wellness and well-being into their company culture, and then teach their team why and how to Be Well.
