I am looking to fix my website...so it doesn't suck...or at least suck less... :) and one thing that I would like to know is.....what are you looking for in a real estate agent? I know what I have looked for in the past, or what was important to me....but I want to know what you have experienced, what you liked, loved, and hated! As a professional, I am always looking for ways to better myself and my biz. Please.....let me know your thoughts...needs, wants etc....
