How do we deal with late...if it's not ok?

The answer was a resounding no and it begs another question.
Should we honor the late by not starting meetings to wait for them? Doesn't that disrespect those who are on time?
I have not been to that many Biznik events, but the ones I have attended have all started a few minutes late to wait for the stragglers. But, it's becoming commonplace at almost EVERY meeting, anywhere to wait.
In the event that an event does start on time, I've noticed it's also common for the leader of the discussion to "catch up" those who have arrived late.
It's an interesting problem and would love to know your thoughts.
