  • Networking with a Cause - What is you passion?

    Last week, Robert, Carol, and I hosted the first Networking with a Cause event. We were so happy to meet such an energetic and passionate group of people. While we honored a nonprofit organization, our real purpose of the event was to gather like-minded people together in a group to meet and discuss ways that they could incorporate their nonprofit passions into their business. Sometimes these BizNik events are so exciting and short, that we don't always get a chance to discuss our passions in detail. So here is your chance to tell your story (as suggested by Christan.) What is your favorite non-profit? Why are your passionate about this group? What can you do to support your non-profit passions through your business and networking?

  • Eco-Chic Twist on Gift Baskets

    Hello - let me start by introducing myself. I am the founder of Tread Light Gifts - an online store selling eco-friendly, eco-chic gift kits (gift baskets) that include organic, natural, recycled, and sustainable products. I am looking forward to attending upcoming events and meeting other members who are interested or run "green" businesses.
