What Travis does
My mission is to inspire organizations to be productive, healthy, and engaged contributor of a sustainable community. I focus on providing participatory leadership skills, building collaborative capacity, and implementing effective plans and processes that inspire the organization to work towards a collective vision. I work with my clients to designed customized programs and processes that encourage dialog and builds capacity for sustainable change.
What Travis does best
Through my career I have used a whole systems lens as a global citizen and an agent of organization change. In my work, I facilitate transformation. I strive to tap into the intellectual resources, human potential, and tools that already exist in an organization to build a sustainable future that integrates social equit, environmental stewardship, and economic prosperity. I embrace forms and methods that focus on participatory leadership and process, collective action, and an inspired vision to build the capacity and relationships in an organization that is required to step into the 21st century.
