From listening to people like John Assaraf, James Arthur Ray and Jack Canfield speak, a common thread winds through their teachings: As entreprenuers our time is money. Are we spending our time/money wisely? Here is an example:
If your time is worth $100/hr. and it takes you 3 hours to mow your entire yard then it costs you $300 of your time to do that job. You could pay a teen to mow your yard for $10/hr. saving yourself $270 in time you could put towards growing your business, so why aren't you? Can you really afford not to spend the $30 so that you have time to promote your business that will pay you the $100/hr?
So here is my discussion question: "Where can you collaborate with others to free up your time and skills to focus on growing your business?" This question takes a bit of thought but please post your answers. You just might find that some of these great Biznik connections are the answer you are looking for.
- Something else I discovered - collaboration doesn't have to cost you money. If you need my services and I need your services a unilateral exchange can make us both happy and more productive.
