As an accomplished Business Systems Analyst, I have extensive experience in all aspects of LOB (Line of Business) application implementation, with emphasis on process engineering and development. Creative team-lead in the driving application from concept to deployment through project management, requirements gathering, development, testing, lifecycle planning (center of excellence), configuration management, end user training, systems documentation and technical support. My implementation experience focuses on ERP, CRM, and PLM solutions. I am a go-getting, innovative, independent, business analyst with over ten years of diverse IT experience.

My professional mantra has always been business requirements and process first- software second. I am interested in a challenging role to mentor, create something new, and increase the bottom line with my Business Analyst skills.
