I am a partner in a retail/wholesale business called Shusax. We manufacture and sell shoe bags for dance shoes, storage and travel needs.

Shusax offers our customers a functional, fabulous bag with beauty built-in. But personally, I am the Operations side of my business partnership primarily because I love all the details, paper, processes.

I need a business attorney to assist with partnership agreement, business structure planning and copyright/trademarking. Preferrably someone in Edmonds. Preferably somene who isn't too stuffy and won't be totally annoyed with all of my questions and is open to the discussion. Someone who answers questions I don't even know to ask yet. And most importantly, someone who wont' take advantage of me financially.

BA in Literature from University of Washington.

My professional career has been in the IME industry in operations and physician recruitment. This means I've worked for company's who contract with insurers to provide a type of medical service needed to adjudicate bodily injury claims. I have volunteered with grief/loss programs. I have worked in financial aid for small private colleges. I have assisted with event planning for dance conventions. Speaking of dancing - partner dancing is my passtion, particularly West Coast Swing. I love to talk about it so feel free to ask!
