Creation is what makes me tick.

I am an inventor and designer of many revolutionary products. I am currently working on innovative camera gear that is changing the way photographers use their cameras. You can see more about this at www.blackrapid.com

When I'm not focused on Black Rapid, I am a patent illustrator. I work with many patent attorneys around the nation. I help create the "story board" of drawings that will ultimately accompany the patent application, be it for a design or utility.

When further design work is needed, I will assist inventors by expanding upon their ideas and concepts, to help bring them closer to patentability.

I would like to meet professional photographers and athletes of the "action sports". Snowboarders, skateboarders, mountain bikers, skiers, etc. Especially if they like to pack their camera or video camera with them when they go out. I would like to focus my energy on developing camera gear catered to their style of shooting and how they carry their equipment.

I've been a patent illustrator and consultant to several law firms, about 100 patent attorneys, and about 1000 clients since March of 2000.

Before this, I was President and co-founder of Microcosm Concepts and Co, where we designed and built high-end, hot-rod computer systems catered to the music industry.

And since October of 2006 I've been VP and CIO of Black Rapid Inc., in which I co-founded along with my business partner Ron Henry (CEO).
