Hello all!
There are a wide range of misconceptions and false information running around in the fitness industry today in the form of buzz words, fads, and gimmicks that have a negative effect on our health, fitness, longevity, and our right to a pain-free life.
I have several (actually dozens) of ideas of articles that I would like to write, but I wanted to know what YOU guys have to say. Are there any nagging questions out there? Are you sure that (insert particular exercise here) is healthy for you? Does doing (this) really improve this?
Whatever the question feel free to ask! And on the most popular ones an article will be in the works to educate, enlighten, and shed light on the particular subject in question!
