    What would YOU like to know?

    Hello all!

    There are a wide range of misconceptions and false information running around in the fitness industry today in the form of buzz words, fads, and gimmicks that have a negative effect on our health, fitness, longevity, and our right to a pain-free life.

    I have several (actually dozens) of ideas of articles that I would like to write, but I wanted to know what YOU guys have to say. Are there any nagging questions out there? Are you sure that (insert particular exercise here) is healthy for you? Does doing (this) really improve this?

    Whatever the question feel free to ask! And on the most popular ones an article will be in the works to educate, enlighten, and shed light on the particular subject in question!

    Hello Everyone! My Introduction

    I'd like to say hello to everyone. I'm excited to get to know everyone and network with people. I have to say I love what I do and enjoy helping people through all walks of life to surpass their self-perceived limitations and better their lives through fitness!

    Here's what I do:

    I am the only Personal Trainier certified in the Seattle area in Circular Strength Training. CST is a health first, holistic approach to fitness in the industry designed to produce superior athletic results. Through a combination of dynamic mobility exercise, Prasara Yoga, and full body strength training I work with people to regain and strengthen the full range of motion of each joint in the body, reduce aches and pains, improve economy of movement, increase flexibility, burn fat, and gain lean muscle, while developing a healthy, strong and functional physique.
