In a nutshell I shoot, edit, and produce video and television segments. My many years of working for PBS have taught me to do more with less, so I'm quite comfortable working within budgetary constraints to deliver a product that really wows the viewer. I'm typically a one-woman-show in the field wearing several technical hats to get the job done efficiently.

  I just want to say how much I enjoyed working with Valerie on SHINE. I was a volunteer interviewer, and she made my job more fun, easier, and she gently corrected my goofs. She was wonderful!

  Running a camera on a big production might seem like a thankless job, but if you've got Valerie on your team, I bet you'll think differently and find a way to thank you, as I do. She cares, and it shows. When I asked her to join the SHINE Video Team, she went way beyond the call and brought precisely camera we needed to raise the bar technically on huge project where details matter. Not to mention she was on time, and fun to work with. Any video project would be lucky to have her. Thanks Valerie.    [less]
