I am a board-certified naturopathic doctor (ND) in the state of Washington. I have a clinic in Woodinville, WA, and I see patients there, much like a general medical practitioner's office.

Our methods include a presciption pad, and while we prescribe medication when needed, we also use herbal medicines, supplements, and other techniques.

I'm skilled in helping women with perimenopausal symptoms, but also experienced with helping people to release weight and addictions.

I need perimenopausal women to call me for help. I've lived through this exciting time of life myself - trust me when I say I can help! It's not a choice between HRT and toughing it out. There are less harmful approaches that still work. I am in the planning stages for doing a talk in my clinic, but I'm available to present to a group elsewhere if needed.
