I am a board-certified naturopathic doctor (ND) in the state of Washington. I provide primary care, and I take many insurance plans.

My primary focus is on strengthening each person's natural vital forces, using lifestyle techniques as the first line of treatment. I may add supplements, herbs, homeopathy, or physical medicine to that treatment as needed, but I generally operate on a "less is more" basis. I will provide prescriptions for pharmaceutical medicines, although this is rare - but I don't hesitate when someone truly needs it.

I'm skilled in helping women with perimenopausal symptoms, but also experienced with helping people to release weight and addictions.

People who want to age gracefully, improve the amount of energy they have, sleep better, or women who are currently experiencing bothersome peri-menopausal symptoms.
